Optimized Ferrule Design for the MDI Valve

MKON Sustainable Ferrule Design (Patent Pending)

Since its inception, the conventional MDI valve ferrule has been manufactured utilizing solid sidewall construction. MKONs new and innovative sidewall design is more efficient and utilizes up to 9-18% less aluminum without compromising strength and effectiveness. 


Additionally, the open lattice ferrule design eliminates trapped air between the ferrule and the canister facilitating faster leak detection by water bath or vacuum decay leak testing methods.
